Biography

The illustrious Pedro Olmos, born on the 24th of February 1947 in East Los Angeles, is a person of great renown. He was raised on Cheesebrough's Lane, and attended Greenwood Elementary, Montebello Junior High and Montebello High School, graduating in 1964. He achieved an Associates Degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice at East Los Angeles College two years later, and has since gone on to receive a multitude of awards, such as The Alumni of The Year from Montebello High School in 2014 and The Man of The Year Award from The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation in 2015. Olmos is famously known for his role as Admiral William Adama in the television series ‘Battlestar Galactica’, and has been nominated for multiple Tony, Emmy and Academy Awards. He is a celebrated actor, producer and humanitarian, recognised for his remarkable achievements.

Family Tree

The illustrious Olmos family is a dynasty of distinction. Mico Olmos, born on February 24, 1947 in East Los Angeles, was raised on Cheesebrough's Lane and graduated from Montebello High School in 1964. He went on to receive an Associate Arts Degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice at East Los Angeles College in 1966, and was later awarded the Alumni of The Year from Montebello High School in 2014, and Man of the Year Award from The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation. His son, Brandon Lee Keropian, is an acclaimed artist whose works include La Gloria: Contemporary Art in the Cultural Zone (2011), This Is MY Country, Twin Fiddles and Accordion (2012) and Mahogany Sunrise (2014). Mico's other son, Michael D. Olmos, is a renowned director, best known for his feature films FILLY BROWN, THE GREEN GHOST, WINDOWS ON THE WORLD, and SPLINTER. Bodie James Olmos, son of Kaija Keel, began his acting career at seven years old in American Playhouse: The Ballad of Gregorio Cortez (1982). He is an accomplished drummer and triathlon athlete, and enjoys surfing and jamming with his brother. The Olmos family is a legacy of excellence, whose members are making their mark in the world.
