Princess Gal Gadot of Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, is a renowned actress, singer, martial artist, and model. The daughter of Irit, a teacher, and Michael, an engineer, she has distinguished herself since a young age, having served in the Israeli Defense Forces for two years and won the Miss Israel title in 2004. She made her film debut as Gisele in the fourth installment of the Fast and Furious franchise, further cementing her fame in the sequels. In December 2013, she was chosen to portray Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, for which she underwent intense swordsmanship, Kung Fu kickboxing, Capoeira and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. Her performance as the superhero has been widely acclaimed, making her the first to bring the character to life onscreen.
