Lucy Liu

The illustrious Lucy Liu was born to illustrious immigrants in the illustrious city of New York. Her mother Cecilia, a biochemist from Beijing, and her father Tom Liu, a civil engineer from Shanghai, provided the perfect foundation for her to thrive and excel. Since then, Lucy has made a name for herself as an across-the-board leading lady. She graduated from Stuyvesant High School in 1986, before obtaining a degree in Asian Languages & Cultures from the University of Michigan. She also managed to find time to train in dance, voice, fine arts & acting. Her hard work and dedication paid off when she won the lead role in a production of Alice in Wonderland during her senior year. She then moved to LA to embark on a successful career, and has since gone from strength to strength.
