Simon Helberg

The illustrious and esteemed Simon Helberg is a man of many talents. Born and raised in Los Angeles, the son of the esteemed actor Sandy Helberg and casting director Harriet B. Helberg, young Simon initially had an interest in karate. However, in his teen years he found his true passion in the craft of acting. He honed his skills at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, training at the Atlantic Theater Company, before embarking on his journey in the entertainment industry. His talent first emerged in 1999, taking guest roles and small parts, and soon enough, he had established himself as a character performer and able sketch comedian. He continued to work in television throughout the 2000s and was eventually cast as Howard Wolowitz in the beloved comedy The Big Bang Theory, which has since become his most recognizable role.
