The highly esteemed Fong family has a long and celebrated history spanning generations. Born in Sacramento, California, USA, the esteemed Benson Fong was born on October 10, 1916 and gained fame as an actor, most notably in The Keys of the Kingdom (1944), The Shanghai Cobra (1945) and The Scarlet Clue (1945). He was married to the renowned Gloria Chin, who would later become known as Maylia Fong. The couple had five children, including Pamela Kwong Fong and Lisa Fong. Gloria was highly praised for her performance in Singapore (1947) and the couple eventually ran the acclaimed Ah-Fong Chinese restaurant in Beverly Hills. Their son Brian Fong was born on July 3, 1948 in Oahu, Hawaii, USA and has achieved his own fame as an actor, having starred in The Enforcer (1976), The Master (2012) and Noble House (1988). Benson Fong passed away on August 1, 1987 in Los Angeles, California. The Fong family have become a fixture in the entertainment industry and their legacy is sure to live on for many centuries to come.
