Her husband, Peter Newman, and son, Griffin Newman, are actors and writers, known for Disenchanted (2022), Draft Day (2014) and The Tick (2016). Further down the line, Claude Dauphin was a stage-struck set designer and actor, Franc-Nohain was a writer and Jean and Jean-Claude Nohain were producers and writers. Lastly, Maria Mauban was an actress known for Journey to Italy (1954) and The Gendarme and the Extra-Terrestrials (1979).
