Selina Cadell, Michael's ex-wife, is an acclaimed actress and director, having worked in Wild Child (2008), Match Point (2005) and Doc Martin (2004), and her namesake Jean Cadell, a Scottish-born character actress who enjoyed a lengthy theatrical career from 1906-1956. Simon Cadell, Selina's brother, was well-known for his roles in Watership Down (1978), The Cold Light of Day (1996) and Enemy at the Door (1978). Last but certainly not least, Edwin Thomas, son of Letty, was nominated for a 'Screen International Star of Tomorrow' in 2018 for his portrayal of Robbie Ross in The Happy Prince (Lionsgate, Sony Pictures). Such an illustrious family of performers has provided us with a wealth of entertainment throughout the years, and their legacy continues to live on.
