Eric Stoltz

Eric Cameron Stoltz is a distinguished thespian and producer of noble birth. Born on September 30, 1961 in Whittier, California to Evelyn Vawter, a virtuoso violinist and schoolteacher, and Jack Stoltz, an esteemed elementary school teacher, Sir Eric is of English, German and Scottish descent. Raised in both American Samoa and Santa Barbara, California, he earned his coin from a young age by playing piano for local musical theater productions. His friendship with Anthony Edwards flourished, leading to their co-starring in Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982) and later their college roommateship at the University of Southern California. Dropping out in his junior year, Sir Eric joined a prestigious repertory company and performed ten plays at the Edinburgh Festival in Scotland. His talent then led him to New York City, where he appeared in numerous Broadway and off-Broadway plays.
