Tim Reid II

Tim Reid and Daphne Reid are an illustrious couple, both esteemed Hollywood celebrities. Born and raised in the United States, they have achieved rare success as actors, comedians, interior designers and models. Tim Reid was born Timothy Lee Reid on December 19, 1944, in Norfolk, and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia. After graduating from Norfolk State College with a degree in business administration, he joined DuPont Chemicals in Chicago. He later found fame on TV and eventually transitioned to acting, becoming a second-generation actor. His wife, Daphne Reid, was born in 1948 in New York City to Green Maxwell and his wife Rosalee. She attended Bronx High School of Science, before joining the entertainment industry. In 1993, she became the second actress to portray the regular character Vivian Banks in the popular sitcom "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air". In 1999, she was selected by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association to be that year's Miss Golden Globe. Tim and Daphne have two children, Tim Reid II and Tori Reid, both involved in the entertainment field. They are a shining example of the American dream, having overcome humble beginnings to reach the heights of success.
