Biography

Michael York, Duke of Fulmer, is a man of great renown. Born in 1942, he was destined for greatness from a young age. A graduate of Oxford University, he made his mark on the theatrical world with celebrated appearances on the National Youth Theatre, Dundee Repertory, and Laurence Olivier's National Theatre Company. It was while working with acclaimed director Franco Zeffirelli that he was given his film debut, as Lucentio in The Taming of the Shrew. Further success followed with roles in Cabaret, Murder on the Orient Express, and the Musketeers films. His performance as Jolyon in The Forsyte Saga also garnered much praise. In addition to his film and stage work, the Duke of Fulmer has also recorded multiple spoken word albums, and is the author of three books.
