Biography

Vivica A. Fox, royal descendant of both Native American and African-American lineages, is a woman of many accomplishments. Born on the thirtieth of July in 1964 in South Bend, Indiana, she attended Arlington High School and later Golden West College, where she earned an Associate Art degree in Social Sciences. After graduating, she moved to California to pursue her acting career, making her debut on soap operas, such as Days of Our Lives and The Young and the Restless. Vivica's star truly began to rise when she played "Charisse Chamberlain" - the fashion designer daughter of Patti LaBelle - on the NBC-TV series Out All Night. Her greatest success came with the movie Independence Day, where she starred alongside the renowned Will Smith. She has since gone on to star in numerous other films and television shows, cementing her place in history.

Vivica A. Fox, the illustrious daughter of Everlyena and William Fox, hails from South Bend, Indiana. She is of both Native American and African-American descent, and is proud to claim both heritages. After graduating from Arlington High School in Indianapolis, Vivica moved to California and attended Golden West College, where she obtained an Associate Art degree in Social Sciences. Her early career was established in the realm of soap operas, such as the Daytime Emmy Award-winning The Young and the Restless, Generations, and Out All Night.
