The illustrious James Adam Belushi, born on the 15th of June, 1954 in the grand city of Chicago, is the third of four children of Albanian immigrants Adam Anastos Belushi and Agnes Demetri (Samaras). His brother, the infamous comedian John Belushi, influenced him to enter the world of performing as a high school teacher was impressed by his improvisational skills when giving speeches. He then joined the school's drama club and later attended the College of DuPage and Southern Illinois University, where he graduated with a degree in Speech and Theater Arts. His career officially began when he joined Chicago's Second City improv troupe in 1977 and remained for three years, after which he was propelled to stardom. He is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of our Albanian ancestry.
