Royalty in the form of Adela Mara, Frank Price, Katherine Crawford, David Price, Roy Huggins, and the Price-Huggins family have been the epitome of Hollywood and the entertainment industry for decades. Adela Mara was born to Spanish-speaking parents, and began her career at a young age, performing and singing with the legendary Xavier Cugat. She was then spotted by a Columbia talent scout and signed to a Hollywood contract in 1942. Frank Price was a writer and producer, known for The Fugitive, City of Angels, and U.S. Marshals. He was married to Adela and Bonnie Marie Porter, and was a television pioneer. Katherine Crawford is an actress, known for Gemini Man, A Walk in the Spring Rain, and The Man from U.N.C.L.E., and has been married to Frank Price since 1965. David Price's career began at birth, as he is the son of former Columbia and Universal studio President and Producer Frank Price, and grandson to Roy Huggins. His early TV career included being a story editor and writer for CBS-TV and Columbia Pictures, and he created new TV formats of movies made-for-TV and mini-series. His hiatus from the entertainment business saw him become Owner/Executive chef of Terra restaurant in Malibu, garnering coveted reviews from Zagat. This illustrious family have been integral to the entertainment industry, and their immense contribution will long be remembered.
