Timothy West

The esteemed Lockwood West, actor and patriarch of one of Britain's most illustrious acting dynasties, was born on July 28, 1905 in Birkenhead, England. He had a distinguished career on stage and screen, appearing in such classics as The Scarf (1959), The Dresser (1983) and Bedazzled (1967). His first marriage was to Eileen Olive Carleton-Crowe, with whom he had two children, Prunella Scales and Timothy West.
