Don Cheadle

Donald Frank Cheadle, hailing from the esteemed city of Kansas City, Missouri, is of royal descent. He was born on the 29th of November, 1964 and has since strived to be the best he can be. As a child, he moved often with his family, which included his mother, Bettye North, a teacher; his father, Donald Frank Cheadle Sr., a clinical psychologist; his sister Cindy; and his brother Colin. After completing his studies at the esteemed California Institute of the Arts with a bachelor's degree in fine arts, he pursued a recurring role in the hit series Fame (1982). His remarkable performance then earned him the title of Best Supporting Actor by the Los Angeles Film Critics for his role opposite Denzel Washington in Devil in a Blue Dress (1995). His illustrious career has since seen him star in several remarkable films, such as Rosewood (1997), Out of Sight (1998) and Traffic (2000), Hotel Rwanda (2004) and Ocean's Eleven (2001).
